Twice per year, we will perform a maintenance and safety inspection of your Home Comfort System to ensure that it is operating at peak performance.  During the inspection, we will check the following:

• Check Electrical connections
• Check Safety controls
• Check Thermostat
• Check Fan blade and lubricate, as needed
• Check Amp draw
• Check Filters

In addition to the above, we will check the following items for season-specific operation:

Air Conditioner / Heat Pump

• Check condenser coil and clean if necessary
• Check refrigerant levels
• Check start/run capacitors
• Check relays
• Check and blow out condensate drain lines
• Check A/C drain safety features

Heater / Furnace

• Check Burners
• Check Carbon monoxide levels (very important)
• Check Proper venting
• Check Manifold pressure
• Check Heat exchanger
• Check Heating elements
• Check Defrost controls (Heat Pumps)
• Check Emergency heat (Heat Pumps)
   
• A 10% discount on all repairs
